Hey! It’s my Birthday WooT Woot!!

If you’re the first here to read this comic today. Thank you! That’s the best gift ever. That’s all I could ask for. Please write to me and encourage me as I learn how to navigate an artform I have been a fan of my entire life. I am writing this at midnight after my Youngest Daughter and Wife remind me of my first true childhood hero Superman, By giving me a t-shirt with the big red S emblazoned on the front. I still remember how My mother pinned towels around my neck and I’d fly around the room and over the furniture. she then lovingly sewed me a red cape that I wore with my superman underoos shirt.

I am grateful for the life that I have been blessed with. My wife and kids. a mother and father, family and friends. all who helped me to pursue my dreams.

Maybe this comic is my midlife crisis. the great American novel that everyone wants to write before they die. I don’t know. I’m just gonna try and not worry too much about making it perfect. I have ideas about where I want to go with this but at the same time, I’m gonna make it all up as I go along.

I want to personally thank my first 2 Patreon Patrons. Will Caligan, someone I know would be a good friend. Creator of Gun Ghoul. Thanks bud. And Bill Williams a long time friend for over 20 years now. I first met Bill at the Comic shop I’d later work at as a teenager. It’s an embarrassing story so I’ll just leave it at that. I was a dumb kid. Hahah. Bill has been pursuing comics and writing his whole life. He’s had a very interesting life at that. There are some good stories there. Done some cool stuff and rubbed elbows with some pretty interesting people. Thank you.
