There are more than one character pictured who could be named Rapscallion, so I’m guessing, before I click on “Next” that the Rapscallions is the name of the team-up, brought together by the chaos unleashed by Pandora, which itself might easily be a side-effect of the release of Cthulhu. (Who is now at least partly condemned to help curb the chaos thru the blood that merged with the Kid Squid – nice one!)
